Move to the Groove
Every Friday at 10am you can enjoy a great work out at these keep/get fit sessions - we are ably put through our paces by Kirsty Forbes using a wide variety of music tracks and learning all sorts of moves. We also support one another and ensure we get at least one hour in the week to burn off some calories, stretch our muscles and get into shape. Do join us - access through the church or Pastoral Centre door, see you there!
